Michelle and Andrew's Wedding Cake

Top tier - fruit cake, middle tier - jaffa mud cake, bottom tier - chocolate mud cake. Square diamantes used to decorate bottom and top tier, diamantes used for initials, on butterflies bodies and on the archway flowers on the topper supplied by the bride.

Marnie's Surprise Wedding Cake

Marnie's mum arranged this wedding cake as a surprise for her. Hand made fondant seashells dusted with peral and gold shimmer. Brown sugar used as the 'sand'.

Gabby Wedding

Top tier was made by the bride's mother-in-law. I made the 70 mini cakes which were a mix of white chocolate, chocolate and cherry ripe mud cakes. All iced with ganache then covered with white fondant. Half decorated with a sugar orchid, the other half had dots piped all over with royal icing.

Michelle and Dave - Wedding/40th

It was the groom's 40th birthday on the same day as the wedding so Michelle wanted the cake to be half decorated for a wedding and half for a 40th. Bottom tier was chocolate mud, top was white chocolate mud. Both iced with ganache then covered with white fondant. Blue ribbon to match the wedding colours. Bride and Groom topper supplied by the bride. Silver fondant stars with '40' piped on to decorate birthday side.

Mhairi Wedding Cake

Two tier fruit cake iced with white fondant, royal icing dots piped all over with white sugar roses to decorate. The ribbon was supplied by the bride to match the wedding theme.

Lauren Wedding Cake

Bottom and 2nd tier - chocolate mud cake iced with chocolate gananche. Top and 3rd tier - white chocolate mud cake iced with white chocolate ganache. All 4 tiers covered with white fondant. Bride and grooms initials in diamantes, heart topper supplied by bride.

Bottom tier - chocolate mud cake iced with chocolate ganache and covered with white fondant. Top tier - fruit cake covered with marzipan and white fondant. Teal ribbon and roses to match bride. Diamante trim on ribbon.
